At Rajat Marketing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we're here to help with our straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return most products for a refund or exchange. Some products may have different return periods as specified at the time of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • The product must have all original tags and labels attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • The product should not show any signs of use or installation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance (unless defective)
  • Custom-ordered or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Batteries that have been charged or used

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our team or arrange for pickup

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the product to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria
  • If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different model or variant, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery (within 48 hours)
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges
  • You will not be charged for return shipping of defective products

Warranty Claims

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please refer to the warranty card provided with your product. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer's authorized service center or through us as an authorized dealer.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • Rajat Marketing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
